TERMS & FEE POLICY

TERMS OF SERVICE

Before starting your regular classes as a student, you must agree to our terms of Service including any future amendments
(collectively, the Agreement):

Your lessons will take place on the scheduled date and time.
If the teacher is not available for class, you will be given a substitute class by another teacher at your class time or it will be rescheduled with the same teacher at another agreed time.
If the teacher is often late or misses classes, kindly contact us through skype, phone or email info@noorulquraan.com as soon as possible.
If you plan to take vacations for a week, talk to your tutor or admin before hand and make sure the classes are rescheduled before or after the vacations. Otherwise no makeup classes will be arranged.
Academy reserve the right to change your teacher if needed. Teacher can be replaced on your request, if another teacher is available on your desired schedule.
In case the teacher resigns/terminated, students will be provided with a new teacher and students will not stay in touch with any individual. Academy will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by such contact in the future.
Your schedule can be changed on request immediately, if desired time slots with the same teacher is available. Otherwise you have to wait until adjustment.
We may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. You should periodically review the most up-to-date version.

FEE POLICY

This is 100% FREE trial and there are no conditions attached. You can continue after the free trial. You can discontinue the service if for some reason this service does not work for you and/or for your child after the free trial.

Payment of Hadya/Fee:

The collection of fee is to be done after the trial is over. Fee of first month must be deposited before further classes are scheduled.
Monthly fees are taken in advance manually or charged automatically by our payment processor.
If you want to put on hold classes for a month or more, no fee will be charged for that period but It is not necessary that you’ll be given the same teacher and time when you come back.
If you want same teacher and time after coming back from vacation, you have to reserve your teacher and time by paying 50% of the tuition fee for that period in advance.
Your classes can be ceased (suspended), if you do not pay fee within due dates.
You should expect a 5% increase in fee every year.

Cancellations policy:

If you have decided to stop the classes for any reason, please give us 1 month prior notice before the date of leaving and mention the reason behind that.

Eid Holidays:

We have two major public holidays which are Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha which last for 4 days. Eid holidays are considered as paid leave for the tutors. Therefore, there is no discount or refund in fees and no make-up classes are arranged for Eid holidays.

Aim of Hadya/Fee Policy:

We not accept any donations. It runs on a small fee we receive from the students. In order to provide a high quality environment and an appropriate program for students, we must remain financially viable, while ensuring fee levels are at an affordable level for families.

REFUND POLICY

The following refund policy is applicable for the services we are providing.

We charge the fee on month basis. If the student has paid the full month’s fee and changes the plan to attend before starting of the classes then the fee of that month will be refunded.
Once you have attended a regular class with one of our tutors and do not want to continue more classes of that month then refund will not be entertained.
If you put your classes on hold for some reason and want to resume classes in the next month then the received fee will be transferred to the next month’s classes only.
If we fail to provide you the classes for any reason from our side and you have paid the fee in advance, then fee will be refunded.
When we refund any amount, chargeback fee is applied by our payment processor. Your amount will be refunded after deducting the chargeback fee by our payment processor.
